The National Seed Corporation Limited (NSC) is a Government of India organization under the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare. It was established in 1963 to promote and develop the production and supply of high-quality seeds to farmers nationwide. NSC plays a vital role in ensuring agricultural productivity and sustainability by distributing certified seeds.
NSCL is going to conduct a computer-based objective test for Trainees in various branches, such as agriculture, quality control, human resources, stenography, accounts, agriculture stores, engineering stores, and technicians. Candidates who have applied for these jobs can check the exam pattern through the information given below.
Selection Process for ManageSenior Trainee and NSCL Trainee Agriculture Syllabus – Management Trainee – Senior Trainee

Exam Pattern:-
- CBT duration – 90 minutes
- Total Number of Questions in CBT – 100 Questions
- Part I – 70 Questions – Questions on Subject knowledge in the respective discipline of the post
- Part II – 30 Questions – Questions on Aptitude, Reasoning, Current Affairs, General Knowledge, Computers (MS Office) and English Language.
- Marks per correct questions – 01 Mark per question
- Negative marks – 0.25 mark per wrong answer
- Maximum Marks – 100 marks
- Minimum Qualifying Marks – 35 marks out of 100 marks.
Shortlisting Cutoff:-
- A candidate will be considered for the next stage of the recruitment process only if they secure the minimum qualifying marks of 35 out of 100 in the CBT. However, achieving the minimum qualifying marks (35 out of 100) does not guarantee shortlisting for the applied post.
Final Merit list:-
- 70% Computer Based Test + 30% Interview marks
